TUGAS AKHIR_ SINKRONISASI JARAK 2 BENDA PADA KONVEYOR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN KONTROL LOGIKA FUZZY

Abstrak

Kontrol Logika Fuzzy merupakan salah satu sistem kendali modern yang mudah digunakan karena tidak memerlukan penggunaan model matematis dari suatu sistem yang rumit, namun tetap efektif, sehingga banyak digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di bidang industri. Contohnya adalah sinkronisasi antara konveyor kemasan produk dan konveyor produk. Untuk itu dibuat sebuah sistem pengendali yang berbasis logika fuzzy dengan menggunakan PC. Untuk mengatur agar kemasan produk dan produk datang secara bersamaan, maka diperlukan pengaturan selisih jarak antara produk dan kemasannya, kemudian selisih jarak ini (yang didapat dari sensor ultrasonik) digunakan sebagai masukan untuk PC (sebagai penyimpan program pengaturan) melalui PPI. Selisih jarak tersebut diolah menjadi keluaran yang berupa tegangan yang bersesuaian dengan kecepatan dari masing-masing motor penggerak konveyor.

Abstract

Fuzzy logic controller is one of modern control system which is more simple and easy to use, because there is no mathematics model needed of the complex system, but it is still effective to use industrial application to the problem in control system. For Example in synchronize of two conveyor (between product conveyor and product pack conveyor). There fore a control system based on fuzzy logic have been make using PC in this final project. In order to control those two conveyor arrive in the same time at a certain position, it is need to know the difference distance between product and product pack first, then she distance (which is get from ultrasonic sensor) use as an input for PC through a PPI 8255 card. the difference stance then processed by the fuzzy program to get some outputting voltage which are proportional with motor velocity on each conveyor. The purpose is to get the product pack arriving the product pack arrive in the same time at a certain position (at the end point).
